  • We have three groups that travel at different rates and styles - something to suit most active seniors
  • We make a big effort to stay together for the sake of safety and sociability - faster hikers are expected to moderate their pace to stay with the group
  • All the groups go at pretty modest speeds

What to Wear
  • Hiking boots or shoes - there will be mud
  • Layers - synthetics (& wool) are usually best
